The board is closed — numbers can't be released right now.
Sign in once and your numbers follow you to any phone. No password, and you can carry on without it.
A code to your phone or email does it. Only the host sees which you use — never the board, never chat.
Only the host sees this — never other players, never on the board. Fill it in now and a win ships without anyone chasing you for it.
No badges yet — play a waffle to earn your first.
On a new phone or browser, any one of these brings back your numbers, wins and badges.
Add an email, and a code sent to it signs you in anywhere too.
Add Facebook and it signs you in with one tap inside Facebook and Messenger too.
Add your phone number and it signs you in anywhere too — inside Facebook as well, where Google can't.

Then it is theirs: YOU on their phone, counted for their standings and badges, their address on your Result card if it wins. A phone that only ever saved an address is offered too. Assigned after the winner? The night is counted again with them in it.
You have unsaved changes above.
Wipes every message in tonight's lobby — a fresh start before the spin. Questions, past games and the activity log are untouched.
Nobody is muted. Tap a chat message to mute its sender.
Closing stops new picks and releases; existing holds and payments are untouched.
Nobody owes anything right now.
Everyone with a number and their numbers, one per line, ready to paste into your Facebook post. Pasted @names are plain text there — tap each to turn it into a tag, or post as is.
Spin for a free number is the second prize: whoever holds the number it lands on gets a free number banked for a future waffle. Any number's sheet can give one too.
Tonight stays counted in the standings. Everyone gets a fresh board of 38 open numbers with the same settings; this board is kept under History.
Wrong number? — that takes tonight back out of the standings and reopens this board for picks. It is the undo, not the way to the next game.
This is the board reporting on itself, not on anyone's phone: if the page hits a software error on someone's phone, an action gets refused by the database, or a phone drops offline for more than 20 seconds, it shows up here as it happens, with which phone and where. A phone that keeps letting numbers go again is flagged here too, with a Block button. Empty is the goal. After the game, History → Audit this game cross-checks the whole night.
Cha-ching = someone opened PayPal, Venmo or Cash App to pay you, or says they have paid. A plain beep = someone took a number, let one go, or a hold ran out. Both count in the tab title.
Only works while this page is open and awake — phones freeze background tabs, so keep the board on a laptop or tablet beside you.
Reads everything the night left behind — numbers, payments, the winner, the activity log, chat, every phone's error reports — and checks it all agrees. Run it once the winner is set.
Keeps the current settings. The old board stays in history exactly as it is.
Helpers who can delete messages and questions and mute people while you run the board. They can't touch your posts, and only you can mute or unmute a moderator. Open anyone in Players below to appoint them.

Nobody to choose yet — a player shows up here once they pick a number or join the chat with a name.
New phones that say they've played here before. Tap who it is and their nights, badges and free numbers follow them — nothing links until you do.
Two accounts with one name (however it is written), one shipping address or one Facebook or Google name — or a short name that is the other's initials, which is weaker: be sure. Link them and their history adds up on one — the signed-in account is kept, otherwise the one with more history.
Every device that has picked a number. Tap one to give it a private label (only you see it) or to change the name locked to it.
No players yet.
Everyone who has filled in “Where do we ship a win?”. Only you can see these — never other players. Fetched when you ask, not kept on the page. A copy that repeats an address the same person already has on file is marked as a duplicate.
Nobody has saved one yet.
Stats are stamped automatically when a game finishes. Use this once to count games that finished before badges existed.
Ten made-up players with a spread of wins, streaks and badges, so you can see the standings, the trophy tiers, the badge sheets and the feed with something in them. The Leaders tab wears a banner while they are there. Reset all standings removes them.
Wipes the standings: everyone's games, numbers, wins, streaks and earned badges go back to zero and the Leaders tab empties. Badges you gave by hand are kept. Nothing about the board, past games or who paid is touched — and because it also un-counts them, Count past games above rebuilds the lot if you change your mind.
No games yet.
Sample players, put here by the host to see how this looks — not real results.
Nothing counted yet — standings appear once a waffle has a winner.
Ran waffles before badges existed? Host controls → People → Badges & leaderboard → Count past games pulls them in.
Ask something and people can reply under it. Questions stay here for good — they carry over from one waffle to the next.
The host has turned posting off. You can still read every question.
No questions yet — be the first.
